Legs, Bums and Tums - 5:30-6:30

A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body. The exercises are designed to tone and build strength. All abilities welcome. 


Kettle-tone - 5:30-6:30 

Burn fat, tone up and build lean muscle using a combination of bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. This full body workout will increase metabolism and boost fitness levels! All abilities welcome. 


Core Fit - 5:30-6:30

This low impact class is designed to tone all the major muscles of the torso, focusing on the abdominal and back muscles. Combining this with a variety of leg exercises will help improve your body's functional strength and coordination. All abilities welcome.

We have a range of classes, for all abilities, available in the private class room.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book in advance as class sizes are deliberately kept small so that we can ensure that exercises are done safely and correctly.
